Want More Therapy

Frequently asked questions

What is Want More Therapy?
Want More Therapy is a collection of self-paced video courses created by Dr. Courtney Sherron, a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience. Each course focuses on one specific relationship challenge — boundaries, emotional needs, communication, or navigating a difficult transition like divorce — and pairs an expert-led video with a guided workbook you can work through at your own pace, from home.
Are these courses a substitute for therapy?
No. Want More Therapy courses provide educational information and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. If you're looking for personalized clinical support, visit our Individual Therapy page to learn about working with Dr. Sherron directly.
What do I get when I purchase a course?
Each purchase includes a full-length video session led by Dr. Sherron and an accompanying guided workbook. You'll get access instructions by email immediately after checkout.
How long do I have access to a course?
You have lifetime access — watch and revisit the material as many times as you'd like, whenever you need it.
Can I buy more than one course at a time?
Yes. Some courses are available as discounted collections (for example, the Boundary Collection bundles both boundary courses together). You can also purchase courses individually if you only need one right now.
Do I have to watch the courses in a specific order?
No — each course stands on its own. If you're not sure where to start, Dr. Sherron recommends beginning with the Emotional Needs collection, as this is a foundational component of a healthy relationship.
Do you offer refunds?
All course sales are final. That said, we want you to feel good about your purchase — if something isn't working for you (for example, you realize a different course would be a better fit), reach out to us at connect@wantmoretherapy.com and we'll do our best to make it right, which may include access to a more suitable course at Dr. Sherron's discretion.
How does checkout work — is it secure?
Yes. Purchases are processed securely through Payhip, a trusted platform for digital products, right here on our site — you won't be redirected to a separate checkout page.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. We only collect what's needed to give you access to your purchase and to understand how people use our site. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What is the free Boundary Quiz, and do I need to take it before buying a course?
Not at all — the quiz is a free, optional starting point if you're not sure where to begin. It takes about two minutes and gives you a personalized recommendation for which course might help most.
Do I need to print the workbook, or can I use it digitally?
Whatever works best for you. The workbook is a downloadable PDF, so you can print it out or work through it right on your device.
Can I access my course on my phone?
Yes. Everything — the video and the workbook — is delivered digitally, so you can access it from your phone, tablet, or computer.
